Ensure work methods and best practices are followed at site as per the approved Method Statement, specification and drawings and proactively involve in those to correct any non-conformance during execution itself.
Ensure all materials delivered to site are inspected and conform to specified requirements.
Issue and administer Non-Conformance Reports/ Corrective Action Reports /Spot Notices as necessary and ensure follow up for close-out.
Identify, conduct and arrange quality related trainings as necessary to all the staff in the project.
Participate in/conduct site quality meetings (including with sub-contractors) to discuss quality performance, identify quality control lapses and plan mitigation measures.
