Liwa Heights

The prestigious 42-story building offers 296 luxurious apartments and provides a living on the banks of a man-made lake in Jumeirah Lake Towers district, Dubai.  Users have also access to an underground parking garage, a swimming pool, a fully equipped gymnasium and a retail area in an adjacent 2-story structure.

Challenge in focus: Our solution oriented approach and focus on client requirements were best tested in this project where 25,000 m2 of offices were converted into residential apartments mid-way through construction.
