Featuring 190 rooms and suites (in its 5-star hotel section) as well as 90 serviced apartments, the 17-story structure rests on a 3-level basement and imposes itself with an impressive façade overlooking the Dubai Creek. Guests have access to several business and leisure amenities including meeting rooms, restaurants and cafés, a fully equipped gymnasium and an outdoor swimming pool.

Challenge in focus: High level of coordination between the different trades was key in a building that includes 27 different types of rooms, suites and apartments, each with its particular style, theme and finishing.
